I loved my vacuum so I got warranty for it. So a few months in my vacuum was spinning out of control so I messaged customer service. Told them I need a replacement head for my vacuum. That was the issue. So they said we need to do the steps .
Asked me questions about what could be the problem. Have you done this, is it doing this and all these simple things that wasn’t wrong with it.
So finally after talking more. They told us take the vacuum to USPS so we can ship it to get it repaired. And wait 26 days for them to repair and send it back.
2 months go by and we haven’t heard from them. So we message them they said give us 24 hours. We message them again “24 hours again” then the next “72 hours.” And then finally 3 days. So finally we told them we want a refund they said they can’t do that.
After a long talk and ended conversations later they said they will send a new vacuum over. Okay no problem. But they will use my warranty on my old vacuum to help replace this new one.
My issue is they lost my vacuum and used my warranty to cover the lost. And usually I’d be upset more but c‘mon. This wasn’t my fault I followed the instructions and now I can’t use my warranty in case something else happens to this new one. I had to buy a new one while I sent mine over to be repaired.
