I placed an order with Dyson Australia on June 14, and as of today, still have not received my item. Their website clearly states 2–4 day delivery, but that promise has been completely ignored.
What’s worse is the lack of communication. I had to reach out three times just to get any information, and each time I was on hold for 1–2 hours. No updates, no proactive service, and absolutely no accountability.
Now I’m being told my item might dispatch on June 29 – over two weeks late. No confirmation, no firm date, and no compensation offered. At this point, the experience feels like a scam – taking money upfront and delivering nothing, with no transparency.
This has been one of the worst customer experiences of my life. Dyson is a premium brand, but this was appalling service. I would strongly caution others before ordering from their website.
