Mid-sole on my Ecco hiking boots gave up. Had them for years. I returned them and Ecco send me a coupon that covered a replacement pair. I have had several pairs of casual/dress shoes from Ecco and everything is so much more comfortable than the competition, it is unbelievable. Great shoes, polite employees.
