I bought a pair of sandals... 10 days later the Velcro started to come off. I bought them from a store while traveling and they don’t have that store in my state. I Contacted customer service and they told me that if I didn’t take them back to where I purchased them and they were not purchased from their website there was nothing they could do. I paid $146. For these shoes!!!
I will never purchase from them again.
I recommend Taos shoes this company stands behind Their products and is very easy to work with. Avoid this company
