I hadn't worn my shoes for over a year (courtesy of COVID) and then when I put them and began walking the soles began to break apart and created a huge sticky black mess. So I took photos of the shoes and threw the shoes out. When I called the company to arrange a replacement, they were well aware of the problem (they called it hydrolysis, almost proudly), but were unwilling to make any concessions towards a replacement or discount for the purchase of a new shoe with the photos alone. They insisted on receiving the shoes.
This is by far the worst customer service that I have encountered ever.
