I have used Ecco golf shoes and trainers for many years. Problem with the golf shoes, which I have had before, namely that after a few wears, they stink of cats urine. I had one pair changed which I had bought from an Ecco dealer, who admitted that it was a chemical reaction Ecco were aware of. This latest pair, I bought direct from Ecco and despite several emails I can get no reaction from them other than the auto generated email receipt.
Shocking customer service.
