Terrible customer service. I paid $350 for a pair of shoes and the tip of the shoe had discoloration after wearing it twice. I emailed the company with all the information including pictures twice and they got back to me after 2 months telling me to use their product to clean the shoe. The discoloration had nothing to do with cleaning. Very very bad customer service. I will no longer buy their shoes.
It says sorry to hear that you had a bad experience but trust me they don't care.
