If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their online business is a joke. They take your money and wait weeks before acknowledging your order.
Because it was taking so long, I purchased shoes elsewhere.When I reached out to cancel the order, I was informed that I could not. I had to wait for them to arrive and then pay to send them back.
You can’t reach anyone on the phone, as they refer all customers to their chat bot.
I have been waiting for a month for my refund to show up.
I cannot recommend this company.
