The heels of my Ecco loafers literally disintegrated as I was walking into a job interview this week. I hardly wear these shoes. They look new….I store them in my closet when not wearing them, along with my other dress shoes. Will never buy these shoes or any Ecco products ever again. If do get their dress shoes, be prepared for this to happen.
