I ordered two pairs of shoes as I was not sure which ones I wanted with the intent to return the other pair. I promptly returned the pair I did not want, and had to pay the shipping cost myself. The shoes were received by ECCO on July 22. It is August 8 and I still have not received a refund. There is no 800 number to speak to a live person, only a chat or e-mail option for customer service. I was told if a month goes by and I still don't receive a refund, to get back to them. This is an absolute joke. Asking people to wait a month for refund is unacceptable. I will never order shoes from ECCO again. Worst refund policy in the industry.
