I have several pairs of Ecco shoes which, although pricey, have been good quality & comfortable.
I bought a pair of trainers which I had a problem with. I first visited the store where the staff member was extremely rude. I then contacted Customer Services and was stunned to find out they don’t have a complaints department & don’t respond to complaints, just refer it to their quality control- bearing in mind I was complaining both about the shoe & the way I was treated. I followed up & asked who would respond. Twice they have responded in an abrupt manner to say no action is required! I presume it’s automated. So no proper response in 4 weeks.
