Very comfortable sandals, but absolutely unacceptable service. I put an order last Friday for women’s sandals and Saturday morning asked to cancel my order. No answer at all. Today I wanted to order another pair, cannot do it. Do not know why, tried to chat or call no answer at all. So their customer service is absolutely not reliable and unacceptable.
