I took a faulty pair of Ecco ladies shoes into the Covent Garden store and they were so helpful. The Manager agreed a 50% reduction on a new pair and handed me over to Mohamed. He was extremely patient and an excellent member of their sales team. So top marks for Mohamed who managed to find me a pair of replacement shoes into which my orthotics could comfortably fit.
