I booked the ticket for my son through eDreams from Paris to NY with Norse Atlantic, but at the airport, they refused him for boarding because he’s 13. EDreams said they take no responsibility even though I have provided birthday and other info to them during the booking. Booking went through with no warning, they are just collecting their money. Now I think of it, they probably won’t even allow for full refund, had we known it earlier.
I would avoid both eDreams and Norse Atlantic at all cost.
