I was charged for eDreams Prime a year ago without clearly realizing I had been subscribed during a flight booking. I never used the service. Now, a year later, they charged me again €99.99 for an automatic renewal without any prior notification or email. I cancelled immediately. Customer support is impossible to reach — multiple calls and emails with no response. This feels very misleading and unacceptable.

Firstly I didn’t even realise I had subscribed to eDreams annual £80 rip off. Never mind I thought let’s try it. After 4 months my wife and I have been twice and Rome found flights cheaper elsewhere. Got an email saying huge savings on hotels, wrong again found them cheaper elsewhere. Definitely a waste of money and will try and cancel my subscription. Looking at the reviews that’s not do easy either.

I absolutely cannot recommend this. My subscription was renewed incorrectly without any clear reason, and I waited over three weeks for a cancellation confirmation that never arrived. In the end, I had to call them myself to sort it out. The website is also far from convincing – it’s confusing, not user-friendly, and overall feels quite untrustworthy. Altogether, the whole experience left a very questionable impression and strongly resembles a scam. German Version: Kann ich persönlich absolut nicht empfehlen. Mein Abo wurde ohne ersichtlichen Grund bzw. fälschlicherweise verlängert, und ich habe über drei Wochen vergeblich auf eine Kündigungsbestätigung gewartet. Diese ist nie eingetroffen, sodass ich schlussendlich gezwungen war, telefonisch nachzuhaken. Auch die Website überzeugt in keiner Weise – sie ist unübersichtlich, wenig benutzerfreundlich und wirkt insgesamt unseriös. Für mich hinterlässt das Ganze leider einen sehr fragwürdigen Eindruck, der stark an einen Scam erinnert.

My experience with eDreams has been nothing short of unacceptable. For the past six months, I have been trying to cancel my subscription, yet I’ve been completely blocked at every turn. There is no clear or functional way to cancel online, and attempting to contact support has been a waste of time. Calls go unanswered, or worse, get cut off without resolution. Despite this, I’ve continued to be charged monthly for a service I do not use. At this point, I’ve lost over $200 purely because of their inability—or unwillingness—to process a simple cancellation request. That’s not just poor service; it feels deliberately obstructive. No customer should have to fight this hard to stop paying for something they don’t want. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and financially draining. Until this is resolved and I am reimbursed for the months I’ve been unfairly charged, I will continue to share my experience across platforms. People deserve to know exactly what they’re signing up for. Avoid this service.

Vol annulé et remboursement bloqué. J’ai réservé via eDreams (réf. XOO63X). Le vol a été annulé par Lufthansa moins de 24h avant le départ. Je n’ai jamais accepté le vol alternatif proposé. Lufthansa confirme que j’ai droit au remboursement et que celui-ci doit être traité par eDreams. Pourtant, eDreams refuse d’agir et me demande de fournir une preuve de remboursement inexistante. Dossier transmis au Centre Européen des Consommateurs. Situation très frustrante.

Bad customer service, my fight was cancelled by the airline company and the refund was made to eDreams but they haven’t informed me . I found out at the checking desk.

I had a very disappointing experience with eDreams and their “Prime” subscription. In 2025, I made a booking and was very sneakily signed up to their Prime subscription without clear consent. I called immediately to cancel, but was told this wasn’t possible. Instead, they only offered me a partial refund. I specifically asked them to cancel the renewal in advance and was told I had to call again one month before renewal. I followed their instructions and called again in February 2026 to cancel. After the call, I received a confirmation email from Opodo, which I later found out is part of the same group and uses the same contact number. Based on this, I believed everything had been properly cancelled. However, I was then charged £99.99 for renewal anyway. When I called to query this, they claimed I had never contacted them, despite me having call records as proof. They also refused to issue a refund, stating the charge was non-refundable, and only offered to cancel for the following year. This feels extremely misleading and deliberately difficult to resolve. The cancellation process is unclear, obstructive, and there is no proper way to submit evidence such as call records, as they don’t provide a direct email contact. ## Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking, especially regarding the Prime subscription.

Absolutely horrible experience, paid for prime membership but still has to chase the airline for booking amendments and refund process which is being delayed due to inefficiency of edreams. Highly unprofessional and unethical

I had the worst experience with eDreams Prime. I paid for the Prime membership because it supposedly entitled me to two penalty-free cancellations, and when I cancelled according to all their rules, they stole my reservation money. They refused to refund me or change my reservation. They kept telling me to contact the airline, who said I hadn't booked directly with them. eDreams is terrible; it doesn't deserve even one star. They steal their customers' money. I had paid for two consecutive years of eDreams Prime and now they tell me that I was in a trial period and that's why they couldn't cancel my flight, even though I called them 48 hours in advance and sent them all the corresponding documentation. I have proof of the emails dated.

IF I COULD PUT ZERO I WOULD - DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY - UNETHICAL I clicked on what I thought was a Ryanair link, only to discover I was booking through eDreams, a third-party agent. I was automatically signed up for a “free” 7-day Prime account. Once I realised this, I tried to cancel my £129 flight - but eDreams would not allow cancellation for 10 days without charging £99. Ryanair does not recognise the booking, so I cannot manage or cancel it directly. Customer service is bot-only online, and the dedicated phone number is a premium-rate line that simply rings endlessly on a Wi-Fi call. Emails are ignored. This has been stressful and frustrating. Warning: eDreams is misleading, their customer support is effectively non-existent, and you risk losing both access and money. Do not book through eDreams - always go direct with the airline.

You buy ticket with 20kg allowance but you end up paying extra at airport for all luggage above 15kg

EDreams demonstrated irresponsible attitude when it comes to looking after clients. On 2 separate occasions I experienced the following: 1. Abandonment and neglect - when my first flight leg arrived late and I missed the next flight - they did not help or assist in organising & rebooking me on another flight - the airline was also not particularly helpful - but eDreams absolved themselves from all the responsibility 2. A booking was made in error - the error was immediately recognised and booking cancellation was attempted. EDreams stated that the cancellation immediately after booking was not possible because the booking was not finalised - then when it was finalised they said that the airline is responsible for everything in circumstances when EDreams assured me the assistance was forthcoming . They continued looping when the airline was not going to assist as the flight was booked through EDreams - third party I would not recommend this service to anyone. Cheap doesn’t mean good

I used E Dream a few times for the last year; due to private situation i decided to cancel my subscription; Thats when the trouble started; looking at their web i found 3 different numbers to call; 02086118966 I gave up after 24 min. 08000261530 19 min 02076608569 19 min. i still have not been able to get thru. So be careful before u sign on

I had a very disappointing experience booking my flight through eDreams. I selected booking and completed payment based on the information shown. A few hours later, I was contacted and told I needed to pay additional charges for the luggage, which was not clearly explained at the time of purchase. When I requested cancellation (as the ticket was still not issued), I was told it was not possible because it's under process. The information on the website was unclear and misleading. I would not recommend booking through this platform due to the lack of transparency and poor customer support.

I booked a ticket it showed cabbin baggage is allowed but when I see it is not allowed. They dont have customer care service.... only automatic reply. Very poor 😢

I was charged for a subscription before the trial was over and when I try to contact them, AI answers and puts me through to customer service but I’m on wait for over 30 minutes with nobody answering!!!

Very bad service, I got a trial for eprime to use for 16 days and after that I couldn’t cancel the subscription. The only option was for me to call the customer call which I had to hold for 2 hours to be assisted. I tried to call until the subscription ended then they told me that I’m now subscribed for a yearly eprime… edreams is a scam
