Booking reference: 23618744297. The “Flexi fare” is a scam. My outbound flight is Sept 27 and return is Mar 10. The app shows I can change until Sept 27 (outbound) and Mar 10 (return). But when I try to change the return, they say it’s not possible because all changes must be made within 60 days of the departure date. That return flight is 6 months later, so Flexi becomes useless if you book in advance. Money wasted.

So viel Geld – einfach weg, ohne Zustimmung. Absolut unseriös. Ich fordere mein Geld zurück. Nie wieder!

I’ve been an eDreams customer for over a year and have booked several trips and hotels with them. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me extremely disappointed and I feel compelled to share this review. Earlier this year I cancelled my Prime membership, which still had many months left before expiry. Instead of letting me use the remaining period I had already paid for, eDreams immediately cut off all my privileges on the very same day. That felt very unfair and misleading. In the end, I had to re-join the membership just to continue accessing the benefits I had already paid for. On top of this, I had a terrible experience with a car rental booked through eDreams in Mallorca. I prepaid for the rental and extra insurance, but when I arrived at Goldcar, I was hit with unexpected compulsory charges of €300 and other inflated fees. I refused to be scammed, but eDreams completely sided with the supplier and wrongly accused me of being a no-show. Their customer service has been unhelpful, dismissive, and has made the situation even more frustrating. After being a loyal customer, this treatment is unacceptable. I will definitely be cancelling my membership for good and steering clear of eDreams in the future. I strongly advise others to read reviews carefully before booking — the lack of accountability and poor customer care is shocking.

booked a fully prepaid stay at The Michelangelo Hotel NYC via eDreams for my family (2 adults + 2 children). When we arrived after a long-haul flight, the hotel refused to honor our reservation. We had to find another hotel last minute, paying a much higher price plus taxis. After months of back-and-forth, eDreams confirmed the hotel had cancelled our booking without authorization and approved the refund — but I only received the €1,089 via chargeback from my bank, not thanks to eDreams. Even worse, although eDreams requested all my receipts and promised to compensate the difference between the hotels, I have never received this compensation. This process has consumed months of my time, caused stress for my family, and forced us to cancel activities we had planned for our children. I no longer trust eDreams. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to take real responsibility.

Checking in online does not work, the page does not load and the AI assistant sends you to the same not working page. You then need to go to the airport and pay a fee of 55€ per ticket. The staff on the airport acknowledge the problem. If you call the customer service they tell you it is your own problem since it is the airline policy. Shout out to the people of Brussels south airport for their help in solving this

booking reference: 23856932169 I booked a fully flexible flight, which allowed me the option to cancel or change my flight once. When I attempted to cancel, I was only offered a refund of 20% of the original ticket price due to administration fees and other hidden costs. Believing it would be more beneficial to change my flight date, I requested the change well within the 24-hour limit. However, I was later informed that my flight change had not been processed. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service, providing proof that I had submitted my change request on time. After a lengthy discussion, they acknowledged their error and agreed to change my flight. Despite this, the day before my original flight, I still could not see the updated booking reflected in their system. I called again, waited over 10 minutes on hold, only to be told their system was down and nothing could be done at that time. Overall, I have spent a significant amount of time, energy, and money dealing with this flexible ticket. In hindsight, I probably should have flown with Ryanair, where at least the terms are clear and straightforward. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using Edreams, as their service is unreliable and appears to be a scam.

My experience with eDreams Prime was nothing short of a nightmare. First, the advertised “discounts” turned out to be non-existent — flights were the same price, or even more expensive, than booking directly. Second, they sneak in an auto-renewal charge without giving proper notification, which feels like outright theft. Third, canceling the membership is an exhausting, borderline impossible process. And finally, their customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with: rude, unhelpful, and uninterested in solving real issues. It’s a scam hiding behind a fancy name.

I saw e-dreams was accredited by the BBB but am scratching my head as to why. My experience is that customer service is ineffective; I caught errors made by agents in their note-taking, and at times I struggled to understand their thick accents. There was so much back and forth to address a fairly straigtforward modification to a "flexible" ticket, and when I got a quote to modify it, it was almost twice that amount by the time I was given the green light. What the hell?! It's like having an untrustworthy uncle holding the purse strings while doing your bidding. I finally get this much-anticipated phonecall to make the modification during a work meeting despite giving e-dreams my preferred times, and from an international number that I will surely pay handsomely for; the agent had such a thick accent I could not make out any details, and had to abandon the call. I think this is a classic example of a company's customer service doing things on the cheap, but it will cost because this customer is a one and done! AI will be taking over these jobs in no time, sadly, and it's thanks to businesses like e-dreams. I don't know how the company is regarded if you do not need its customer service, but if you do need it, better try elesewhere.

⭐ **1-Star Review: eDreams Prime Is a Trap—Avoid at All Costs** If you're thinking of signing up for eDreams Prime, do yourself a favour and *don’t*. It’s not a membership—it's a maze of false promises, clueless representatives, and overpriced tickets dressed up as “deals.” 💥 **Customer Support? More Like Customer Shrug.** Their reps sound like they’ve been handed a script and a blindfold. No real help, no transparency, and absolutely no accountability. You’ll get vague answers, empty reassurances, and a whole lot of “we’ll get back to you”—spoiler: they won’t. 💸 **Refund Process = Kafkaesque Nightmare** Trying to get a refund? Prepare for a bureaucratic circus. You’ll be bounced around, asked for the same info repeatedly, and left wondering if your ticket vanished into a black hole. It’s deliberately complex, and painfully slow. 📉 **“Lowest Prices” Is a Joke** They claim to offer the best fares, but I’ve found cheaper tickets *every single time* by checking airline sites directly. Prime doesn’t save you money—it just saves you from seeing how much you’re overpaying. 📞 **Endless Follow-Ups, Zero Resolution** Calling them feels like shouting into the void. You’ll spend hours chasing answers that never come. It’s exhausting, infuriating, and frankly insulting. **Bottom Line:** eDreams Prime is a shiny trap with nothing inside. Don’t fall for the marketing fluff. You’re better off booking directly with airlines or using platforms that actually value your time and money. This isn’t travel made easy—it’s travel made miserable.

Good Day, I am requesting a refund for a check-in fee I was required to pay on July 15, 2025 flying from London to Sarajevo. When it was time to check-in online, a message was received to check in at the airport. (A screenshot was not taken because the message online was received in good faith.) However, when we arrived at the airport a fee of 220 GBP was required for check in because we hadn't checked in online ( I have a copy of my receipt). Again, we were told via the message on your website to check in at the airport . There wasn't an option to check in via the edreams' website. In addition, I had to pay for a small suitcase which was a carry on bag. That fee was 70 GBP. My son who booked the flight has had two phone calls with your customer service in an attempt to settle this matter to no avail. This was my first time flying Ryanair and based on this negative experience, I will try not to ever use this airline or this booking platform again. In addition, to these non-planned fees everything has a price tag on it during the flight. For the cost of the tickets, at least water could be complimentary. I have summarized the details of my request. If further detailed information is needed, please advise. Thank you in advance for a timely response of resolution to this request. Final note: They make it extremely difficult to get help...convoluted website without a direct email or waiting on the phone for an extended time. At the time of this writing, August 30, 2025 no refund received and not resolution.

This agency is a complete nightmare, do you self a favor and book your flight with someone else, l will not write a long story here, but I can guarantee you that you will regret it if you do any business with EDreams, besides many other things that went wrong I also had to pay for all my luggage at the airport, which was more expensive. Do not trust them!

I booked a flight through them one time. They signed me up, without my knowledge, for a prime subscription, and have continued to charge my credit card. You cannot cancel without calling. This company is hot garbage.

Does not has any email, only online chat which has to wait fastest for almost 1 hour everytime. A few days after your payment, It will save your credit card and charge you prime member fee without your knowledge. All transaction has conversion fees although they invoiced you local rates which u will be billed days later. After days of searched, I found a local edream agent but also had to wait 1 hour to connect. Imagine if you has problems with airlines and hotels, you will be in trouble. Internet charges also huge.

I feel completely scammed by eDreams. I signed up for a 15-day free trial, booked one flight and one hotel, and canceled the trial before it expired. Despite this, they charged me two monthly subscription fees of $13.99 each through Apple Pay — a payment method I authorized for a one-time booking only, not ongoing charges. I never received any subscription confirmation email as they claim. When I contacted their support, the call centre staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and refused to acknowledge that taking money without consent is unacceptable and borders on fraudulent activity. This is not just poor customer service — it is unethical business practice. I strongly warn others to avoid eDreams unless you want to risk unauthorized charges and a complete lack of accountability when you dispute them.

I booked a flight through eDreams and was unknowingly signed up for their “Prime” subscription. I wasn’t clearly informed that this would cost me money — there was no obvious consent or clear warning during the booking process. A year later, I was charged £99 out of nowhere, which caused my bank account to go into negative balance. When I called my bank, I found out they had also taken £89 the previous year — again, without my knowledge. I contacted eDreams customer service immediately, and their response was terrible. They refused to refund the money, cancel the subscription, or take any responsibility. The manager I spoke to didn’t seem to care at all about my situation or the stress this caused me. I feel this company hides the Prime subscription on purpose to trick people into paying for something they didn’t agree to. It’s extremely dishonest and unethical. I would never recommend eDreams to anyone. Be very careful when booking — double-check everything, or better yet, use a more transparent travel site.

I noticed that eDreams charged my credit card without my authorization and without sending me any email or notification. I did not approve this charge and was not informed in advance. I tried to contact customer service multiple times — waited on hold for over 45 minutes, and nobody picked up. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I demand a full refund and an explanation for how this happened. Very disappointed in the lack of support and transparency.
