I booked a Ryanair ticket via eDreams (by mistake, since they came up first on Google). eDreams sent me login details for Ryanair check-in, but these didn’t work. Their support told me it would be fixed at the airport, which was not true. At Brussels Charleroi Airport I had to pay €165 for airport check-in. When I complained, eDreams pushed me back to Ryanair with confusing explanations. Ryanair says it’s eDreams’ fault. Has anyone had the same experience? And did you manage to get your money back?

I just booked 2 flights on what I thought was the allegiant airlines site. I got eDreams because it looks like it, and when I googled it this site came up, looking like the Allegiant website. I got a extra charge of 52.00. I called the actual allegiant customer service and they said I booked it through eDreams. I have read all the negative complaints on your 3rd party sneaky way of looking like you are the actual allegiant site. I better NOT get any extra charges for a membership. I did not sign up for anything! Why am I charged extra? My receipt said 198.00 but then from you it says over 250.00. I will dispute this extra fee. I am so very Upset!! Get this extra fee off my account, and I better NOT get extra charges for subscriptions I did not sign up for!
