I received a marketing email offering a free 30-day trial of eDreams Prime, with the promise that I could cancel at any time within the trial period, no charges whatsoever. I signed up on January 26, 2025, used the service (including booking flights), but found it offered no real value to me.
On February 9, I requested to cancel the subscription. There was no way to cancel online — I had to call customer support, which was already a hassle. The agent confirmed the cancellation and told me I’d still have access until February 25. So far, so good.
But then, on May 16, I was charged £89.99 for a renewal I never approved. I contacted customer support again, but they were unhelpful and dismissive, claiming I had used the service in March — which is absolutely not true. I didn’t book anything after the cancellation.
What’s worse: you can’t remove your credit card from the platform unless you add a new one. This means I couldn’t even protect my payment info, and it honestly feels like I was set up to be charged again.
I feel deceived and taken advantage of. I demand a full refund.
If you’re considering signing up for eDreams Prime, think twice. This whole experience has been a nightmare.
