Dishonest and shocking service, they called me in the middle of the night from an England number to say there a flight changes, my airport returning home was changed from Tullamarine to Avalon which is not what I booked. Now they won’t take my call, or respond. They are rude and will take no responsibility.

Do not rent a car with this company, no car after booking 3 weeks in advance .. rental company wanted nothing to do with our reservation...we were left without a car and with out any support... Avoid

Worst company ever. Instead to refund $2068, they refund $1851 . I cancelled my flight within 30min. Fraude

I had awful expirance with edreams. I paid for cancelation insurance and when I needed to cancel my flight booking it was a nightmare. There is no contact number, the online cancelation is made in a way to break your nerves so you can leave it. At the end the result was answer from theyr side that they can refund ofrom 0 to 40% of the price that I have paid and this will be decided in the next 30 days. I will never use this company again.

If there's an option to post a review with less than one star, I'll do that. It is the worst travel agent, and they hold the money and do not book my flight. After one day, they said they could not book the flight, which was the worst experience. If they took the money and said 'booking confirmed,' they should have booked the flight immediately. If not, they had to inform the customer, but they did not do so. Please do not use this for booking.

Made a flight booking. Never received an invoice. Online invoice request system doesn't work. Contacted support 3 times and was promised an invoice but it was never sent. 4th time making contact I am told it has been escalated and would be dealt with straight away. Still nothing. Also you have to pay to get a quicker answer from their support team. I would steer well away from this company if you are making business bookings and require an invoice. Terrible and still not resolved.

Had the worst experience. Paid for prime hoping they could assist in some way with my missed flight. Their system was down so I couldn’t make an alternative plan in time. I only got through to them four hours after my flight left. No explanation or assistance with changing the flight is given.

We payed a lot of money for a flight believing it was British Airways as advertised by eDreams but we actually flew with the budget airline Veuling. Was extremely disappointed and customer service was hopeless. If I wanted Veuling I would have booked a Veuling flight. I am a nervous flyer and was reassured flying with BA so I payed a lot more for our flights. Veuling and BA may be linked but I payed for BA and this is not what I got. I was led to believe it was BA. Would never book through them again. No satisfactory réponse from eDreams.

I went to kayak.com to book flights for a family vacation, and the first option for my airline of choice was facilitated by eDreams. I had to agree to a free trial membership in order to book, but I could cancel at anytime. The trial period was scheduled to end before my vacation started. I booked, called to cancel, endured the pushy customer service rep reading their "are you sure?" script, and thought that was that. A few days later, at 3am on a Sunday, my trip gets cancelled. No explanation. The airline looks into it and explains eDreams cancelled my flight. It costs $99 in non-refundable cancellation fees. The airline explains eDreams has no affiliation with them, and they recommend not using them or other pay-to-play third party sites. eDreams is predatory, unscrupulous, and vindictive. Go with them if you want your travel plans ruined.

Don't use edreams, I booked flight through them n flight cancelled and asked for refund, No Help from edreams to get my refund, they take your money but if anything goes wrong don't expect to get your money back from them Terrible and absolutely the worst experience I ever had There are a lot better sites than them out there, STAY AWAY from edreams

Worst company ever. Charging hilarious rates for nothing and without any notice, the costumer service is very unprofessional and they don't hold up to their own terms and conditions. Don't come even close.

Disgusted that you can only call to cancel a membership. No self help, can't remove my credit card from their portal, no chat or email support. I spent 30 minutes on hold for a simple membership cancellation then they either hung up on me or the line was disconnected - no call back and no follow through on the cancellation. When you finally get through you're interrogated for a further 10 minutes about your reasons for cancelling. Worst customer service and online systems ever. Avoid their memberships.

Don’t take the cancel insurance (even « for any reasons »). They will not refund you for 100%, and even far than this. In fact they don’t refund the amount for our bag (that is mode than the half of the price of the ticket). So instead of receiving 350€, we received 150€.
