This is an absolutely appalling experience with eDreams, and I feel completely ripped off! I was trying to book a flight on their mobile website and saw a "15 days free, one-time promotion" for eDreams Prime. Thinking I hadn't used it before, I clicked on it. At no point did the site inform me that I already had an eDreams account or that I had previously activated this "free trial." It just let me proceed with my ticket purchase as usual. Two days later, I get a notification that $120 has been debited from my account for a Prime subscription! This is completely unacceptable. eDreams sneakily charged me for a service I didn't want, didn't know I was reactivating, and couldn't even use properly since their mobile site is so clunky. This feels like a bait-and-switch scam, pure and simple. Avoid eDreams if you don't want to be tricked into paying for services you don't need! I'm furious and will be disputing this charge immediately.

1st the made my reservation with a wrong email. My family and I couldn’t check in. We went to the counter and they said we couldn't chick in before 2 hrs, we waited and when it was time they said we were supposed to check in before. We had to go to customer service and pay an additional $168.

Folks, on June 7th a ticket was bought from Lisbon to Belgrade for 200+ euros. Exactly 2 weeks later we found a notification about an yearly subscription for 90 euros, which we did not order. Probably, there was a tricky unnoticeable tick somewhere, which we did not notice - but we should have noticed and removed. Be vigilant!

The most pathetic experience u could ever imagine. I booked a flight for a friend for a medical emergency and the booking never came through, we reached airport and British airways told us that the tickets were booked but vac felled immediately due to payment decline. Have been chasing them for past 10 days for refund (as per company policy) was the only response I could get. I still haven’t revived my money back and ironically no policy for that - the tickets prices are going up by the day and when I asked them go book a ticket from my money they declined saying they don’t have a proviso. Everything is outsourced, the call centre back in India kept me on call for 1h52minutes for the fifth time saying we sincerely apologise and kindly wait for 24-72 hours. The only correct advice u got from the customer executive is never to book a flight with them in emergency. Still waiting for my money

The airline business charged me an additional €55 for not checking online when I booked my tickets through eDreams, despite my repeated unsuccessful attempts to do so using the information provided. Customer service could not be reached.

I booked a round-trip on eDreams. The second flight was on CemAir from VFA to JNB. I have proof through the app and have requested a refund over 5 months ago. eDreams claims they can't get in-touch with the carrier and has requested the refund. According to eDreams, it can take airlines 3 months to process a refund. I keep following up, with no answer and now eDreams customer care e-mail response is:                     Thank you for contacting us. This email is no longer monitored, but you can still contact us via Manage my booking or email support. Documentation sending: If you are trying to send us documentation, please do so by replying to the email conversation as opposed to this email address directly. Terrible Experience – Unauthorized Subscription and No Support I booked a flight through eDreams and was automatically subscribed to their “Prime” service without my knowledge or consent. My card was charged over $100 for a subscription I never agreed to, and there was no clear way to cancel it. The app has no cancellation option, and the support email doesn’t even work. This feels like a scam, and I’ve received no help or refund so far. Be extremely careful — I will never use eDreams again.

I made a mistake by not doing enough homework before I used their services. I should have looked into the company more. Reviews could have warned me about their issues. I was lucky that PARADIGM RECOVERY FIRM listened to my complaint. Their team took my concerns seriously. They acted fast to fix the problem. I got my money back last week because of their help. This quick refund was a huge relief. It shows that PARADIGM RECOVERY FIRM cares about its customers.

I just discovered eDreams had surrupticously signed my wife up for a "trial" Prime membership which became a pay membership on the "trial" expiry. Every detail was buried in the text, even a box to tick for 30 day notification of renewal. They have debited her credit card three times before I found it. Do not use this company.

This service feels like a scam. They automatically activate the paid eDreams Prime subscription without clear consent, and charge €70 per year without any prior notification. There is no way to enable a reminder before the charge, so you only realize it once the money is already gone. The option to activate a payment alert simply doesn’t work. Today I was automatically charged for the eDreams Prime subscription, and even though I cancelled it right after, they didn’t refund my money As for the supposed “discounts”, they are minimal to nonexistent — definitely not worth the cost of the subscription. Be very careful when booking with eDreams. I do not recommend it.

Cancelled my return flight home with no explanation, then gave me another flight 1 week earlier cutting my trip from 3 weeks to 2 weeks, also I had a connecting flight which couldn't be changed so I had to book a hotel for the week to get my connecting flight home. They never offered any compensation, also took out travelling insurance with the booking and told it didn't cover this. Would never use them again.

Save yourself the headache – book directly with the airline. - Booked a Ryanair flight via eDreams - Received login credentials that led to an empty Ryanair account — no flight found - Check-in was impossible online due to this error - Spent 55 minutes on international calls with their support that cost me 30EUR - Their own agents admitted it was eDreams’ fault (twice). Ryanair also confirmed the problem was on eDreams’ side - Was forced to pay €30 at the airport to check in - After all that, eDreams refused to refund me — copy-pasting excuses that had nothing to do with the issue eDreams caused the problem, admitted it, then denied responsibility. They sold a broken booking, cost me money, and wasted my time. Save yourself the headache – book directly with the airline.

I was booking a flight for 308€. I submitted all my data, and the payment info. When I clicked to pay, as the purchase was being processed, eDreams launches a popup saying my trip has increased to 495€. I decided not to book as I find this a complete scam. And behold, a couple of hours later, I receive a marketing email reminding me to complete the booking for the initial price.

I booked a flight through eDreams and was automatically signed up for their Prime Membership, which costs £7.99 per month — something I didn’t knowingly opt into. I cancelled the membership via their website during the free trial, but was still charged the following month. When I called to query this, I was told I should have phoned to cancel, despite having used their online cancellation process. It felt deliberately misleading and left me out of pocket for a service I didn’t want. Although they eventually confirmed the cancellation, I still lost £7.99 for no valid reason.

Worst company I ever delt with it in my life. I booked with this horrible flight company, I got my confirmation, when I went to the airport my name wasn't on the list. I tried to contact the customer service but nobody helped me. I lost my flight ind I lost my money because they didn't give me the refund. They are robbery and unprofessional. Zero star is too much for them.

Totally disappointed with that service and didn’t recommended it! I subscribed membership Prime and chooses the service Flexible Dates befits booking. I booked 2 flyights with EDreams and when I need to change one day to another (from 6 to 8 June) it was impossible !!!. They said you MUST change 2 dates . But if you propose the Flexible dates (for this service you paid +) - you SHOULD change complete 2 dates!!! Because you make confused and lost the clients. I’m very unhappy. So I go to website of avialines and bought new ticket.

I purchased a flight on eDreams for $210 with the “flexibility” option, which promised I could change the date for only $1. When I tried to make the change, they told me I had to pay an additional $205. I checked the same flight on Google Flights, and it costs $205 to buy it from scratch, with no extra fees or guarantees. This proves that the “flexibility” offered is completely misleading and gives no real advantage to the customer. I feel scammed and believe this is an abusive and dishonest practice. I do not recommend eDreams for anyone who values flexibility or peace of mind when traveling.

If I could give negative stars I would. Enrolled in eDreams "prime" when buying a ticket without consent. Tried to cancel, thought I had. A year later I find out I'm charged for an annual membership fee AGAIN. Tried to cancel and get a refund - I still have no clue if they are going to try to charge me a 3rd time, or if I finally am actually out of this scam. BUYER BEWARE!

I watched my life savings vanish in three months because of this platform. Every penny I had worked for was gone. Hope faded with each passing day. I felt trapped and had no way out. I reported the issue to Mrs Olivia in desperation. They listened and understood my situation. To my surprise, they took swift action. They launched an investigation and worked tirelessly to recover my funds. After weeks of uncertainty, the impossible happened. Mrs Olivia and her team successfully retrieved my money. It was a second chance I never thought I would get. Now, I can rebuild my finances. I am grateful for their help.
