This has been the worst travel booking experience I’ve ever had. I booked my flights through eDreams as a Prime member, trusting their promise of flexibility and priority service. What a complete scam. Despite the claim that flights are flexible to change, their support is totally unhelpful. You cannot reach anyone directly for urgent changes. When I tried to change my flight, customer care told me they don’t have access to make the changes themselves — instead, they said another team would call me back within 24 hours. By the time they finally responded, the flight price had increased, and I was no longer able to make the change I needed. So what exactly is the benefit of Prime? Because I received zero help, no flexibility, and no support. It’s nothing more than false advertising. Avoid eDreams Prime at all costs. The service is unreliable, the support is non-existent, and you’re better off booking directly with airlines. This was a huge waste of time and money.
