Terrible service – cost me both my flights.
I had multiple email conversations with eDreams, but they never provided me with the ticket number, which made it impossible to check in. As a result, I missed my outbound flight, and despite sending them pictures of myself at the airport as proof, they still marked me as a no-show. To make matters worse, they canceled my return flight too—again blaming me instead of taking accountability for their failure. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible. I will never book with eDreams again.
