Sneaky policy to string you along (€179.98 lighter...) When booking tickets, a sneaky policy also includes an annual subscription for €89.99. After this, your subscription is renewed every year. You then have 10 days to get a full refund (by phone only). However, I was too late for the full refund, so eDreams offered me a €45 coupon, on the condition that I keep my subscription for another year. This is how they string you along. (So you don't have the option to cancel your subscription and receive the coupon, even though you paid for a subscription that year without being notified.) eDreams doesn't offer the option to cancel your subscription in the future. They can make a note to cancel your subscription, but they can't guarantee this. Then, a year later, the exact same thing happened. I'm now €179.98 lighter... This was very unclear to me, and I consider it pure bundling. The contact with customer service was just as disappointing as the unexpected debit of my credit card.
