We booked to go to Benidorm through edreams which was Ryanair flight there & vueling flight back. With the Ryanair flight we had to scsn our passports through the edreams app to check in. Unfortunately this wouldn’t work after numerous attempts so when we got to gatwick on the day we asked the lady on the Ryanair desk to try it but she also couldn’t do it. The contact number for edreams on line doesn’t connect do there wss no way of getting in touch in time with edreams before we missed our flight so i had to psy £110 at the Ryanair desk to get our chek in & boarding passes. Edreams credited me £4 do I contacted them many times by email & was eventually told to give them 21 days to try & resolve the problem but haven’t heard anything. I have emailed edreams about this but they have totally ignored me & don’t respond. Stay away from edreams or use them at your peril. I certainly won’t be using them again!!!

I do not recommend this company to anyone. I booked a flight and a hotel for one night. The flight was canceled, and the hotel did not see the payment, I had to pay for the night again! They did not refund the money for either the flight or the hotel! Two months have passed, and there is zero help! The correspondence is long and pointless. They ask for all kinds of evidence, although they see everything in the receipts. Do not be fooled by the fact that they offer a few euros cheaper! After that you will have a lot of problems and will not want to communicate

I just booked a flight they changed the date that i have selected and increase the price by $350 when I receive the invoice. and won't accept my call since I ahve to deal with the airline directly... DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

I was charged €89.99 for an eDreams Prime subscription I never authorized. Despite providing all necessary details, customer service claims they can't locate the charge. I'm not alone—many others report similar unauthorized charges and poor support . This is unacceptable. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid Opodo and eDreams.

I wish I had read the reviews before signing up with them for the “free” trial Prime Membership. It would have saved me a lot of time,money and headache. Stay clear of eDreams. there is not such a thing as “ free” with them, near impossible to cancel, and then to find out that the legitimate airline you booked with them doesn’t recognize them as a third line participate/ booking.

do not use EDREAMS!!! 3 Months Waiting for Refund – Still Nothing!!! I have a prime subscription and booked a Wizzair flight (6 tickets) through eDreams that was cancelled over 3 months ago. Wizzair confirmed they issued the refund to eDreams on 21st February, but we have still not received it. We contacted eDreams support 100 times – via chat, email and have only received vague or generated responses. This experience has been exhausting, and we feel completely ignored. This kind of delay and lack of accountability is unacceptable. We are now forced to take legal steps and report this company. I strongly advise others to avoid using eDreams.

This was the worst travel experience of my life, all thanks to eDreams. Due to their booking failure, I was stranded at the airport for 3 days — with an infant and a child — without any assistance for accommodation, food, or even basic support. After all this, their excuse? “The disruption was caused by a robot, which is beyond our control.” That’s not just absurd — it’s insulting. If your company uses AI systems, you are responsible for the outcome. Passing the blame onto a machine while families suffer is unacceptable. Eventually, they rebooked us, but only after immense distress and no acknowledgment of the human cost. No compensation, no empathy, just a dismissive message claiming the case was “resolved.” This company should not be allowed to operate without accountability. If you value your peace of mind, avoid eDreams at all costs.

Ik ben al jarenlang lid van deze service en betaal jaarlijks een aanzienlijk bedrag. Onlangs heb ik via hen een ticket gekocht dat zou moeten zijn met een gerenommeerde en duurdere luchtvaartmaatschappij. Tot mijn verbazing hebben ze, zonder enige kennisgeving, mijn ticket omgeboekt naar een veel goedkopere en kwalitatief slechtere airline. Sindsdien probeer ik herhaaldelijk contact op te nemen, maar er wordt niet gereageerd. Deze ervaring was buitengewoon teleurstellend en frustrerend. Ik raad anderen aan om zeer voorzichtig te zijn bij het kiezen voor dit bedrijf

Stay away. I booked my car rental 1 week prior to my flight for 48 euro, I paid in full, I paid the full insurance and then at the delivery point the Europcar charged me an extra hidden cost of 60 euros. If I was aware I would choose a different platform. Europcar informed me about the extra cost 2 hours prior to my flight. I asked for refund and they both refused even that the EuropCar admitted than the informed late due to heavy workload.

Never book with Edreams , please !! I had a very bad experience for a flight to Seoul . I arrived at airport and the confirmed flight by Edreams never got confirmed ! I had to buy an other ticket straight at the counter. when I asked refund to Edreams, they said they will come back to me... I am still waiting and it makes ... 3 months now. SHAME !!!!!!

Ik heb 2 boeking betaald omdat ze 1 keer niet ontvangen hadden terwijl het bedrag wel afgeschreven was van mijn bank. Ik moest opnieuw betalen en andere bedrag zoude ik terug ontvangen. Is niet gebeurd ik heb nu 2 keer betaald. Ik krijg mijn geld niet terug ben al 3 maanden bezig om mijn geld terug te krijgen.

The worst experience ever, by mistake I purchased a ticket with edream and they charged me the membership, I contact them and I said that I don’t use the membership, and ask the refund, they didn’t refund me the money also they cancel the membership! Unbelievable

Dishonest and shocking service, they called me in the middle of the night from an England number to say there a flight changes, my airport returning home was changed from Tullamarine to Avalon which is not what I booked. Now they won’t take my call, or respond. They are rude and will take no responsibility.

I had awful expirance with edreams. I paid for cancelation insurance and when I needed to cancel my flight booking it was a nightmare. There is no contact number, the online cancelation is made in a way to break your nerves so you can leave it. At the end the result was answer from theyr side that they can refund ofrom 0 to 40% of the price that I have paid and this will be decided in the next 30 days. I will never use this company again.

If there's an option to post a review with less than one star, I'll do that. It is the worst travel agent, and they hold the money and do not book my flight. After one day, they said they could not book the flight, which was the worst experience. If they took the money and said 'booking confirmed,' they should have booked the flight immediately. If not, they had to inform the customer, but they did not do so. Please do not use this for booking.

Made a flight booking. Never received an invoice. Online invoice request system doesn't work. Contacted support 3 times and was promised an invoice but it was never sent. 4th time making contact I am told it has been escalated and would be dealt with straight away. Still nothing. Also you have to pay to get a quicker answer from their support team. I would steer well away from this company if you are making business bookings and require an invoice. Terrible and still not resolved.
