This was a horrible experience.i paid extra for insurance to be able to change my flight details but I went to change them the told me that I couldn’t change them unless I made a change to both flights. I didn’t need to change both. They wanted to charge me again. The I said I just want to cancel my flight for a refund then, they said that I would have to cancel both flights with the airlines and then they would send them the refund and then they could refund me. They were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Why buy the insurance if you can’t use it. You also need to call out of the country to contact them. They absolutely ruined my holiday and I am so angry and disappointed. Please don’t put yourself through the nightmare of using them. NEVER AGAIN!!! Refused to refund me.
