I am extremely disappointed with eDreams. My daughter used my credit card to buy a ticket, and they automatically charged my card for a "Prime" subscription—something she never subscribed to or wanted. Despite numerous calls to their customer service, where she clearly expressed that she did not want the Prime service, they refused to issue a refund and instead offered coupons for future purchases, which she didn't want.
Now, a year later, they've charged my card again for the Prime subscription without any consent. After contacting their customer service again, I encountered rude representatives who refused a refund and only offered coupons once more. This feels like a scam!
Is this what they do—trap customers into recurring charges without consent? I find this practice deeply unethical and offensive. I urge others to be cautious when using their services.
