The system has subscription automatically renewal, which I didn't aware of. The web application is intentionally let user has auto renewal mode and it is hard to figure out the way to cancel subscription. When I requested a refund on the 3rd day, they denied it and insist me to use the service.
Contacting to the customer service is limited and cost expensive, because they only support VIP with free. There is no email contact for you to send your request.
The company is intentionally put you in the position of paying money. Somehow like a cash machine only.
