Stay away from eNightmares. Do never buy anything from them!
They will keep your bank information and start to charge you for a “membership” you NEVER asked for.
But it seems to be that I agreed to their fine print when I bought my ticket last year.
I don't even know what their membership is for. I didn’t even know about the existence of a membership with them.
They don’t even indicate how to cancel the membership.
I called my bank, and the agent knew right away what I was talking about. They were so used to that, I didn’t even need to explain.
They couldn't reverse the eNightmares billing but they blocked them for me, and deleted my information from their system; information they kept without me knowing about it.
Then, I wasted my time, trying to contact their support system. I was waiting forever listening to an annoying “sound” until I ended up hanging up.
The time I would spend trying to call them again, I’m spending it writing this warning to everyone who might fall in their trap, and I will write a detailed letter to the European Commission with an official complaint and a screenshot of all the similar stories I read on reviews websites.
And don’t be surprised to see my review everywhere I will be able to post it.
I will keep people posted on the progress of my case.
