After buying 2 round trip tickets to Europe, I was not able to confirm the next leg of the journey to Africa with another carrier because they don't have an office or phone number in the USA. Only web contact so I had to cancel withe eDreams. Instead of offering me a voucher to use in the future, they took 20% of our 2 ticket price and they enrolled us in their prime program from which, they wrote, we can't escape for the whole year but we could cancel the subsequent year. We are VERY disappointed with eDream and most likely will never use them again. In addition, will let everyone we know about it.
