eDreams charged me €89.99 for a Prime membership without my consent. They claim I was on a free trial, but I was never properly informed. When I requested a refund, they refused, despite canceling my subscription.
They also falsely claimed I saved €32, when in reality, my flight was only €6 cheaper without Prime. Their explanations contradict themselves, and customer support is unhelpful.
I have disputed the charge with my bank and will escalate to consumer protection authorities. Avoid this company at all costs!
