Two weeks before departure, my flights were canceled without any alternative options. As a Prime customer, you would expect at least a solution, but no – I had to book new tickets myself at full price, which turned out to be the most expensive and worst flights I’ve ever had.
I have now been waiting for over 2.5 months for my refund and have received zero updates. I have called countless times, only to hear the same generic response with no progress. Is this even legal?
On top of that, the in-flight experience was a disaster: broken screens, unhelpful flight attendants… just a complete joke.
I want my money back for the canceled flights, and after that, never again with eDreams!
