Disgusted that you can only call to cancel a membership. No self help, can't remove my credit card from their portal, no chat or email support. I spent 30 minutes on hold for a simple membership cancellation then they either hung up on me or the line was disconnected - no call back and no follow through on the cancellation. When you finally get through you're interrogated for a further 10 minutes about your reasons for cancelling. Worst customer service and online systems ever. Avoid their memberships.
