We payed a lot of money for a flight believing it was British Airways as advertised by eDreams but we actually flew with the budget airline Veuling.
Was extremely disappointed and customer service was hopeless. If I wanted Veuling I would have booked a Veuling flight. I am a nervous flyer and was reassured flying with BA so I payed a lot more for our flights. Veuling and BA may be linked but I payed for BA and this is not what I got. I was led to believe it was BA. Would never book through them again. No satisfactory réponse from eDreams.
