I was charged €89.99 for an eDreams Prime subscription I never authorized. Despite providing all necessary details, customer service claims they can't locate the charge. I'm not alone—many others report similar unauthorized charges and poor support .
This is unacceptable. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid Opodo and eDreams.
