Save yourself the headache – book directly with the airline. - Booked a Ryanair flight via eDreams - Received login credentials that led to an empty Ryanair account — no flight found - Check-in was impossible online due to this error - Spent 55 minutes on international calls with their support that cost me 30EUR - Their own agents admitted it was eDreams’ fault (twice). Ryanair also confirmed the problem was on eDreams’ side - Was forced to pay €30 at the airport to check in - After all that, eDreams refused to refund me — copy-pasting excuses that had nothing to do with the issue eDreams caused the problem, admitted it, then denied responsibility. They sold a broken booking, cost me money, and wasted my time. Save yourself the headache – book directly with the airline.
