Terrible Experience – Unauthorized Subscription and No Support
I booked a flight through eDreams and was automatically subscribed to their “Prime” service without my knowledge or consent. My card was charged over $100 for a subscription I never agreed to, and there was no clear way to cancel it. The app has no cancellation option, and the support email doesn’t even work. This feels like a scam, and I’ve received no help or refund so far. Be extremely careful — I will never use eDreams again.
