I booked a round-trip on eDreams. The second flight was on CemAir from VFA to JNB. I have proof through the app and have requested a refund over 5 months ago. eDreams claims they can't get in-touch with the carrier and has requested the refund. According to eDreams, it can take airlines 3 months to process a refund. I keep following up, with no answer and now eDreams customer care e-mail response is:
