I saw e-dreams was accredited by the BBB but am scratching my head as to why. My experience is that customer service is ineffective; I caught errors made by agents in their note-taking, and at times I struggled to understand their thick accents. There was so much back and forth to address a fairly straigtforward modification to a "flexible" ticket, and when I got a quote to modify it, it was almost twice that amount by the time I was given the green light. What the hell?! It's like having an untrustworthy uncle holding the purse strings while doing your bidding. I finally get this much-anticipated phonecall to make the modification during a work meeting despite giving e-dreams my preferred times, and from an international number that I will surely pay handsomely for; the agent had such a thick accent I could not make out any details, and had to abandon the call. I think this is a classic example of a company's customer service doing things on the cheap, but it will cost because this customer is a one and done! AI will be taking over these jobs in no time, sadly, and it's thanks to businesses like e-dreams. I don't know how the company is regarded if you do not need its customer service, but if you do need it, better try elesewhere.
