I booked a flight through them a year ago and all these 16$ fees started coming out each month. 10 emails of getting nowhere. I found out I was member, I should have read the terms and conditions I guess . You can't cancel the membership when you sign in which is ridiculous. You have to call them and after an hour on hold I rang my bank instead and they blocked the payments fortunately. Do not book anything with them
