Avoid. They sold me an insurance on checkout that I tried to use and then I couldn't use it, not only that, they made sure I couldn't request it at all. I cancelled my trip and tried to activate it and I got an automated reply from eDreams stating that my insurance didn't cover my case (they didnt even check it! it was an automated email, just stating that they dont cover something they didnt even check!)
A eDreams employee reached out to em later expressing "concern" only to be forwarded to another representative who told me I'd have to chase the insurance provider myself, something that they sold to me, and Im not being responsible for it.
Wait but wasn't it supposed to not be covered? So it was an automated low effort email after all by eDreams? Yes. This isn't a serious business. They're selling you something that they don't know if it works or not, nor do they care if it does or doesnt, and assume zero responsibility for what they sell.
