Awful experience very disappointed with EFLORIST. Please do not waste your money. Very poor bouquets terrible quality, you would be better going to a local petrol station and buying flowers for £5. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers which cost over £30 the delivery was terrible as they were just left on the street and the quality of flowers was very poor and mostly dead within a day, quite embarrassing as this was a gift.
All contact with customer service has been pointless. Even tried to contact the CEO with no response.
