Ok so I have ordered twice from these the first time was on purpose the second time was by accident a tired morning after a night of no sleep…… both times the flowers have turned up delivered by DPD in a squashed box with no water the quality of the flowers were awful…. I highly recommend you do not order from them EVER!! I have now saved interflora on my home page so I NEVER make the mistake of ordering from e-florist ever again!!!!!! If I could have given 0 stars it would’ve still been to many.

The most pathetic bouquet of flowers I have ever received. Ordered tulips, for the price I expected big and good quality tulips. They sent me 3 substandard supermarket bunches tied together, poorly wrapped in plastic. Never again.

Completely wrong flower’s arrived to the door? I was so confused as well as my girlfriend because they weren’t even colour matched to what they should have been (Even tho they stated on the website they would do this even certain flowers where not in stock? The flowers where not even price matched as you can see from pictures it looks like all the left overs at the end of the day where thrown together and wrapped… I’m so disappointed as this was my first time ordering from Eflorist. Not happy with what I received whatsoever so I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Still waiting to hear back from customer service but by the sound of the reviews I will be waiting some time. Also this is another company that dosnt have a phone number to call customer care, the only way to contact customer care is texting a robot, which really isn’t customer care if I’m honest. Overall it’s been a terrible experience.

I was out when my box of flowers arrived the lid was open and buckled ,and flowers were squashed and lots of buds off, I suggest you put parcel tape over the opening,to stop this happening.

Substandard flowers. Survived only 3 days. Did not get the number of flowers I paid for. Tried to contact them on several occasions via different methods. Not one reply. Would never use or recommend this company. Save your money.

If THERE IS ANYTHING LESS THAN ONE STAR THATS WHAT THEY SHOULD GET THEY ARE SOOOO UNRELIABLE PLS BEWARE OF MAKING ANY ORDERS FROM THEM . THEY WILL DISAPPOINT YOU WITHOUT AN IOTA OF CONSCIENCE . THEY LIED THAT THEY DELIVERED WHEN IN ACTUAL FACT THEY DIDNT . AND THEY KEPT SAYING THEY WILL UNTILL THE WHOLE CELEBRATION PASSED. NO DELIVERY . Pls pls beware this is a SCAM COMPANY DO NOT MAKE ANY ORDER FROM THEM. The PICTURES THEY SHOW IS FARRRRRR FROM WHAT THEY WILL EVEN EVENTUALLY DELIVER . Their website or adverts should be brought down and they should be prosecuted immediately.

Very terrible experience. The advert sounds great until you part with your money then it all goes sour. As soon as the money is paid the information canges suddenly it might not be possible to deliver on your selected date, suddenly its not possible to cancel the order. They don't send tracking details as promised. The live chat they advertise doesn't exist. You can't speak to anyone as they don't have a phone number. There only point of contact is an email address that says it will take 48 hours to be answered. The courier company they use is yodel and they delivered to the wrong address and they don't have a phone number either. Just an email and live chat that can't contact themselves!!! They have to send an email to raise an issue. Utterly useless and not too far away from being a scam. Sending Flowers is supposed to make all involved happy but this company will turn a would-be happy occasion very sour. Take my advice and look elsewhere

I had a delivery of flowers from my son in Australia a lovely surprise that fell flat as half the flowers were half dead&in2days had died so they went in the bin .Itried to phone customer services for4 days to no avail so wrote a letter&e.mail,was asked to send photo of the flowers but said l could not as they died &went in bin heard nothing else so wrote another letter with my phone number asking them to ring me Hevesy heard nothing had to tell my son when he asked me about flowers never to use this company ever again I will never ever use them and will tell all my friends to do the same So be warned every one about using them!!!

Never again! Awful experience, i ordered a composition of flowers for my auntie who got out from the hospital. They charged my credit card then emailed me that they don't have what i choose so they proposed another bouquet and what have been delivered are those not fresh, cheap and dehydrated "flowers". I have not been refunded yet also, they should have offered discount and some "gift" for changing the order. Would never recommend and would never order from this site again! I feel bad to have made such an awful gift which was meant to be a beautiful bouquet with fresh flowers on a get well occasion.

Appalling! We recently had a “bouquet” delivered as a birthday gift. Absolutely appalling. The flowers were stuffed into the box, they were wrapped in cheap cellophane with no water reservoir and no plant food. It looked like a cheap bunch of flowers from a supermarket. The lilies were flattened and brown all around the edges, the roses were almost fully open with falling petals and the greenery was drooping, brown and with a lot of it lying in the box. There were empty stems with no flower heads stuffed in among the bouquet. I was so upset that my relative had sent a gift with such lovely intentions and that I then felt I had to contact them to let them know that this was what had arrived. People work hard for their money and these bouquets are already over-priced without this. I think that these florists rely on people being too embarrassed to tell relatives/friends who have sent a special gift that it’s less than perfect so possibly get away with this. This caused embarrassment and upset and is completely unacceptable. This is not the first, second or third time we have had this experience with flower deliveries. I have now told my relatives and friends not to send flowers in future as it is a waste of their money. These large delivery services should vet their florists more carefully. I would definitely not recommend this service. My relative got her money back but I would say that this is not the point, we shouldn’t have had to do this. Get your act together eflorist!!

Awful experience very disappointed with EFLORIST. Please do not waste your money. Very poor bouquets terrible quality, you would be better going to a local petrol station and buying flowers for £5. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers which cost over £30 the delivery was terrible as they were just left on the street and the quality of flowers was very poor and mostly dead within a day, quite embarrassing as this was a gift. All contact with customer service has been pointless. Even tried to contact the CEO with no response.

To say I’m fuming is an understatement, my husband ordered the roses and lily bouquet for our anniversary. I have never seen such a poor bouquet of flowers (and I know they weren’t cheap). He would have got better at supermarket. First time using eflorist and never ever again . You should be ashamed of what you are sending out to people

I ordered flowers for my mother in laws funeral as we are based in Australia. After making the order and then reading reviews I was really concerned. I made contact with eflorist who was pretty prompt in replying. I have to say despite all the bad reviews, our 3 flower arrangements (including the mum arrangement) turned up in time and our family in the uk confirmed how beautiful they were. Grateful for the amazing service

Diabolical customer service. The first order the flowers were shabby and not as in their picture. The other order they claimed I had put in my address incorrectly, and yodall delivered them to a neighour who refused to give them back to me. Don't use this company is my advice
