“Would never use again. Customer service is only by email absolutely appalling. I ordered scented peonies for my daughters wedding anniversary and she received a mixed bunch of flowers..I have emailed Eflorist numerous times asking for a refund and explanation but can only assume they are illiterate as their replies do not answer my complaint…Still trying to get compensation…..”

“Booked delivery for a specific date (birthday) & flowers arrived 2 days later in a box - not the experience of sending I bouquet to a loved-one I was expecting
Would NOT recommend to others!”
“After spending £54 on a bouquet of flowers for a family member I was disgusted with what was delivered. Nothing like the photo. The company is condescending at best. As far as I am concerned they a thieves and liars.
I could have gone to a neighbours garden, cut foliage and then bought a handful of flowers from the supermarket, they would have been much nicer and cheaper”
“I would not order from eflorist again The lovely bouquet in the picture was delivered in a flat cardboard box! The recipient, a 94 year old woman who was recently widowed had to struggle to unbox it and arrange the flowers herself - so much for the pleasure of receiving a nice bouquet. When I contacted eFlorist, they point to the fact that it says box delivery on the order screen. It does not appear to say this but when you search, It does, but they have hidden it under Read More which you have to click on to reveal this info. This info should be much clearer, with a pic of the box. They do not do this as they know they would lose orders - hence why I am flagging this here so other know to find a proper local florist who will deliver.”
“I would give no star to this scam florist. Spent £55 on a bouquet that resembled in no way the photo shown on their website.... and they don't care, why should they, they have already got your money. They are shoddy at best”
“Recieved flowers from eflorist. They did not arrive in good condition. 3 days later the flowers are drooping and leaves dying. I would have expected them to last longer than they have! The card was also ripped.”
“Absolutely disgraceful. Flowers were delivered late and arrived in poor condition as they were stored in a box with no water. No customer help, just automatic responses.”
“Do not order from here. They sent 6 flowers for Mother’s Day. What kind of bouquet is that ? Disgusting
They were also meant to be delivered on Mother’s Day, they were delivered a day before which ruined the surprise for my mother.”
“Great you get a million texts and emails updating you on deliveries etc very annoying. Delivered on time just left on door mat outside great. You don’t get anything close to stock photos. For £37 keep it local you know what you’re getting.”
“Didn`t get delivered what I bought at all, the driver that was suppose to delivere said it was attempt deliverd (yodel) but it was not. We did follow the tracking and driver was never in the street.”
“Created an order late evening on Saturday. Within the hour attempted to cancel the order for which I got a reference number. I was contacted the next morning to say the order can’t be cancelled as a ‘label had been created and sent off’ no efforts were made to communicate to stop the shipment. I made very very very clear the delivery can’t be delivered to that address as the family were not informing people of the bereavement at the time. Hence if they received flowers from me it would be highly inappropriate and extremely insensitive. The delivery is not yet due and the flowers are not yet made however they do not seem to be making any efforts in resolving the issue. The response was extremely distasteful. I’m utterly shocked at the response and the lack of effort. Will be warning people on all platforms. Stay away from this site.”
“Eflorist now use Evri as their courier company.
I have stopped using them which is a shame as their flowers were good.
Evri are an appalling company. My local courier throws boxes with bottles in over the gate. He tried to give me someone else's parcel the other day.
Two recent deliveries of flowers have been dumped outside a block of flats and a building.”
“I recently ordered flowers for an engagement celebration and I was very disappointed with the delivery. The flowers arrived looking old and wilted, which was not what I expected. Additionally, the vase provided was plastic, which felt cheap and did not match the occasion. I had hoped for a more beautiful presentation. Unfortunately, I will never order from you again because you ruined my day

“Hello,
On February 12th, I placed an order for a birthday flower through Eflorist to be delivered on the same day (I provided my friend's address and phone number). The company confirmed that the delivery would be made on the same day. However, a few hours later, I was informed that the delivery could not be made. In response to this, I requested via email that the flower be sent to a nearby address the following day.
My friend waited until 3:00 PM on February 13th for the delivery, but no contact was made via phone or any other means. As we could no longer wait, we requested a refund. The company asked for 48 hours to investigate the issue, but no follow-up was made within that time frame.
Five days later, I wrote a complaint letter, and on the sixth day, I received a message stating that the flower had been delivered at 9:15 AM. However, my friend was never contacted, and the delivery did not take place. This situation clearly shows that the company has demonstrated an unprofessional approach and failed to show the necessary attention to customer satisfaction.
The negative experience I had with this order not only caused a waste of time but also led to frustration.”
