Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered sympathy flowers for my boyfriend’s mother after she had just lost her own mother the day before. Sadly, the bouquet was delivered to the wrong house — just two doors away from the correct address. The postcode was correct, and the property was easily identifiable. The neighbour opened a parcel not addressed to her and claimed she was told she could keep it and that a replacement would be sent. The company has denied this and has refused to offer a replacement or refund, relying solely on their terms and conditions. No empathy, no flexibility, and no effort to resolve a sensitive situation. I was left out of pocket during an already difficult time. I would not recommend ordering from them for important occasions.

Eflorist is a nightmare I’ve been emailing them back & forth for 2 Days about flowers my husband ordered for me on Valentine’s Day they came and some were broken they replaced them supposedly to the value of the first ones but when they arrived I was so disappointed as the flowers were very cheap looking and no way they were the same value as first ones. Customer Service is a waste of time they try to wangle there way out of helping you I spoke to 3 different people and not one of them I would say tried to solve my problem and they just kept making excuses. I was so frustrated I just told them I wouldn’t recommend them or order from them again. There’s better florists out there and more pleasant to deal with and that’s were I’ll be going. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER DON’T USE THEM

It’s my own fault.. this is the 3rd disappointment, but I do give companies the benefit of the doubt! But this is my last time. Flowers NOT delivered same day. And I was notified too late to do anything about it. Agreed to the re delivery. When this arrived it was completely different to what I ordered and the card was far from luxury and more of a flyer! Money definitely NOT well spent!!

I purchased a bouquet to be delivered the day before valentines so they were ready for me to take on my date. EFlorist thought it was appropriate to delivery these 5 days early advising (due to high volumes) they make some deliveries early! This would be fine if the life span of a bouquet wasn't 4-5days! this means I'd be giving a bouquet of dead flowers on valentines. When this issue was flagged the only thing I was offered was a £13.00 voucher to be used on site. Why would I want a voucher worth less than half of the originally purchase after receiving a terrible service. When I stated this wouldn't be sufficient I was simply sent a guide on "how to care for flowers". The biggest frustration was having it advertised the day before valentines day, claiming delivery was still possible (then why was mine sent so early!). Not happy customer, I won't be going back and if I can stop others from making this error I will.

Very disappointed with my recent purchase. The roses began dying within just a few days, despite proper care. I contacted customer service to raise the issue and have not received any reply. For the price paid, I expected far better quality and support. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off ordering again.

I added a personalised note in Chinese when placing the order. The language displays well in the note, but the printed note my wife received showed only garbled characters instead of the correct Chinese text. This was very disappointing for us, as the message was important. There is no warning given by the website that this might be an issue. The customer service was not apologetic at all

use if you want to spoil your occasion I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day, including several paid extras. The company clearly advertised that delivery would be available on the day. To make absolutely sure nothing went wrong, I even paid extra for their so-called “100% guaranteed delivery.” What a complete mistake. Valentine’s Day came and went, no delivery, no flowers, no communication. Just silence. They completely ruined a special occasion that I had carefully planned. I made multiple attempts to contact them and was ignored every single time. On Sunday the 15th, I finally received a generic apology email saying I would get a full refund and that the flowers would still be delivered. I apologized to my wife and reassured her they would arrive on Monday. Monday came, nothing. More emails sent, no response. Now it’s Tuesday, still no delivery, still no reply. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Offering a “guarantee” means absolutely nothing if you fail to deliver and then ignore your customers. I deeply regret not reading the reviews before ordering. Learn from my mistake and avoid this company if you care about your special occasions.

Absolute shower of sh*t frankly! Ordered 24 red roses for Valentines, received 12 and they look almost dead already! Customer service don’t want to know either. Will be in touch with my bank for a refund. Will never order from them again, especially after now reading other reviews on their Facebook page!

I don't know how they get away with this. You don't order flowers for a special day for it not to arrive!! I ordered at least 2 days before. I must be a total idiot I ordered twice from them as this, I recalled now, has happened to me before. When I ring to complain they directed me top their small print which says unless you pay for a much more expensive special delivery they will not guarantee you a timely arrival. Their website does not make this clear. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST.

Ordered 2 dozen roses, box of chocolate and a card from eflorist for my partner for Valentine's. What arrived was nothing like advertised on their website. A sad, half dead bouquet consisting of just 12 roses that looked like they were either taken from someone's garden or grave. The card was a paper cut out a the box of chocolates contained just 3. What a scam. I would have gotten a far more superior bunch of roses from a supermarket for less cost. How this company gets away with scamming people is beyond me. Disgusting. I won't be ordering again and my advice to anyone thinking of purchasing from eflorist is don't.

Hi there, this is my first time ordering with your company. I ordered a large bunch of Moonlight flowers as a surprise for my partner’s work. I received an email confirming the delivery of flowers, chocolates and a card. However, I later found a proof of delivery photo showing the flowers propped up against shutters outside in the rain. I paid £6.99 for this delivery. Because of the poor delivery, I had to ruin my partner’s surprise and send her the photo. She had to go outside and retrieve the flowers, which were soaked through. The flowers I received were a small or medium bunch, far from the large bunch I had ordered. While I understand flowers take time to bloom, the quality and size was abysmal compared to what I had expected from the website’s image. Your website states ‘Quality and Freshness’, yet the flowers looked bruised, wilted and had torn petals. I could have picked up a similar amount of flowers in better condition for half the price at a supermarket. I feel misled by the large bunch and the terrible delivery, which ruined my partner’s Valentine’s flowers and surprise. I would like to be compensated for this experience. I will leave many negative reviews of my first time with eflorist and likely my last!

Warning ! Poor quality of flowers and free chocolate scam - the flowers are not as advertised (missing 25-30 % flowers ) as bold roses on e florist website and free chocolates are never delivered. When contacted via multiple emails they are offering £5 on next order which is a joke considering won't be using e florist again

To whom this might concern. We placed 3 orders over the Christmas period for flowers to be delivered to friends and family, Order numbers were IE23446781, IE23443497 and IE23443633 Order number IE23443633 was placed on 22/12/2025 was not delivered until 29/12/25, the condition of flowers was an absolute disgrace. Please see attached what was was delivered. My friend was so upset . They had been lost somewhere for 7 days and had no water and had been in a box. she was so upset and she hadn't wanted to tell me. I send flowers a lot and so do my friends. So I will be telling them not to use you. I would like a refund for the terrible flowers that were a week late. A very disappointment customer

I put in 2 orders to be delivered on 24th December to the same address. I paid for the misleading “Guaranteed Delivery Date” on both. They were delivered late on the day prior, when no-one was home to collect, and left in a position obvious to anyone passing. I contacted their call centre and asked that they pickup and deliver on time. Bart curtly responded that no refund would be issued and no further delivery would be made, referring to the small legal speak as his backup. I am now left hoping my xmas presents to my UK family will be there for collection, and smarting from a bad experience with e-florists, and especially the awful customer service from Bart in their call centre. This borders on misrepresentation, and is shoddy at best. Makes the England cricket team look like world beaters. Happy xmas everyone (except Bart)
