“I cannot recommend. I ordered the autumnal x2 for harvest at my church. I was so disappointed and embarrassed. They were very poor quality and small in size. The 2 bunches were over £60 including postage. I was charged £7.99 twice even though I did not require next day. The ordering system would not allow one delivery cost.
I could have bought better quality and more flowers from a supermarket for half the price.
I complained they sent me a replacement. These were just as bad broken stems and petals dropped in the box. I sent pictures. They decided these are fresh and now have ignored my complaint.

“I arranged for a bouquet to be sent to a friend who was very fond of the dog I’d just lost. I asked for the larger version! When it arrived it there were less flowers in it than the picture of the small one I’d ordered, also instead of carnations there were dead pinks. I naturally complained & they said they’d deliver another one in the 2 days they stated. My friend stayed in both days. It never arrived. I now have all the trouble of ordering again. Imagine the time wasted! I asked for compensation. This was refused but was offered a discount on future orders. AS IF I WOULD! You have been warned.”

“Our bank card was withdrawn by our bank’s security department immediately after my husband purchased flowers from eflorist.
They phoned us within minutes of our transaction saying that eflorist had been linked to fraudulent activity with bank cards and it was in our interest to destroy our card and wait for a new card to be issued by the bank. Naturally,we agreed to this but it is extremely worrying and inconvenient.
The flowers did arrive but were very mediocre,in poor condition and could have been bought from a supermarket at a fraction of the eflorist price.
