“Eflorist is a nightmare I’ve been emailing them back & forth for 2 Days about flowers my husband ordered for me on Valentine’s Day they came and some were broken they replaced them supposedly to the value of the first ones but when they arrived I was so disappointed as the flowers were very cheap looking and no way they were the same value as first ones.
Customer Service is a waste of time they try to wangle there way out of helping you I spoke to 3 different people and not one of them I would say tried to solve my problem and they just kept making excuses.
I was so frustrated I just told them I wouldn’t recommend them or order from them again.
There’s better florists out there and more pleasant to deal with and that’s were I’ll be going.

“I wished I could give a -1 for this review. Ordered my wife a bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary. I paid extra for the nextday delivery after 4 days later of them not turning up I emailed them and they apologised and said they would be delivered in the next 2 days which the box did. I gave the box to my wife. I was horrified and so embarrassed when she opened it the box inside with the flowers in was bent over in half. After straightening the box and opening it the flowers were broken limp and half dead. I did get a refund and will never use this company again.”
“The flowers arrived earlier than predicted great ... but for £18+ i was disappointed in the amount . They have arrived in bud so they may look more spectacular when open. But was very disappointed when I opened the enormous box.”
