“Used then before, and they were good at delivery and the item matched the images. The second time, there was a bit of an issue with what was received vs displayed. They fixed the problem within 1 day and kept their word. Honestly speaking, this was pretty fantastic customer service. I would use them again. Not everyone gets things right, its how they come back from it, is what sets them apart.”
“I ordered flowers for my mother in laws funeral as we are based in Australia. After making the order and then reading reviews I was really concerned. I made contact with eflorist who was pretty prompt in replying. I have to say despite all the bad reviews, our 3 flower arrangements (including the mum arrangement) turned up in time and our family in the uk confirmed how beautiful they were.
