“Very disappointing experience. The flowers I ordered were very expensive, but when they arrived they looked like cheap supermarket flowers. The quality was so poor that I was honestly embarrassed to give them as a gift.
When I contacted customer service to raise the issue, the experience only got worse. I clearly explained that I was unhappy with the refund offered and asked for my concerns to be addressed, but my email was completely ignored and the refund was processed anyway without any acknowledgement or discussion.
The lack of care, communication, and overall quality is unacceptable for a company charging premium prices. Based on both the poor standard of the flowers and the way my complaint was handled, I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.”
“This is as close to a scam as a company can get. Premium delivery is just the same bog standard evri delivery for more money. They will send them your flowers days earlier than the occasion or hevent you want them to arrive on. Check the premium delivery that only promises not to be late, but no attempt will be made to be punctual. The actual flowers delivered on a random day were at best ordinary and presented like road kill.”
“I ordered two "Medium" arrangements (roses and tulips) for Mother’s Day, and the experience has been a total shambles. The flowers arrived withered, bruised, and dying. They looked nothing like the lush arrangements advertised online. To add insult to injury, I was charged two separate delivery fees despite both bunches arriving at the same time with the same courier in a single drop-off.
I have emailed eflorist four times since March 14th to resolve this under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They have ignored every single message across all channels. I am now proceeding with a formal Letter Before Action and a court summons. Avoid this company if you actually want your gift to arrive alive.”
“My Mother's Day bouquet was absolutely awful. The worst flowers l have ever received. No resemblance to the bouquet images on eflorist website. I have seen better looking weeds. A complete rip off. Save yourself the disappointment. Save your money. I would give zero stars if l could. Utter 💩”
“Absolutely shocking service. I ordered two bouquets for Mother’s Day in advance for delivery on 13th March. One never arrived, and the other was completely wrong.
They offered a replacement, but unbelievably sent the exact same incorrect flowers again—meaning my original order was never fulfilled at all.
I am now having to chase a refund and getting nothing but excuses and delays. Completely unacceptable and ruined an important occasion. Avoid this company!”
“Ordered 50 red roses what a wast of money they look very small and old
I bought some from Tesco which were much cheaper and really great big and fresh also I tried to add a photo of the flowers but wouldn’t let me ( probably too ashamed to post it) NEVER Again”
“Devastated. Died within the next day.
Received them yesterday and today half of them are dead looking down.
The ones that died didn’t even blossom. In fact none of them blossomed completely.
Me and my mum (whom I brought these for) are devastated because they were genuinely so pretty.
Waste of £45, thank god I got a blue light discount.
Writing this I’ve just see everyone else's bad reviews. Wish I’d seen sooner. I ordered from this company 2 years ago and had no complaint, hence why I felt confident in doing so again. Worst decision ever! Will not be doing that again.”
“The flowers are poor quality and the quantity is ridiculous for the price you pay, a £5 bunch from Aldi would be better quality and you would get more flowers. It cost me £70 for two bunches the company doesn’t even accept your consumer rights by letting you return the items purchased”
“Please don't order here. So disappointed of the flowers I received! very different from the picture of product ordered. This is a waste of money. So shocking!!”
“Ordered for mothers day and just feel so sad at the state of the flowers she received. Nothing akin to the image, not in colour, mass or health.. a rose head fell out of the box when we opened them, it was so depressing :(”
“Absolutely appalling i’ve never been more disappointed in my life
i’d ordered flowers for a loved one that’s grieving costing just under £60
They was nothing like the picture i’m baffled how wrong you can get a flower order
i ordered pink roses & lily’s she received 4 white roses with coronations absolutely disgusted
i’d advise you don’t use this company
your be better off buying flowers from your local garage”
“I sincerely appreciate Mrs. Zamora Lisette for her dependable support. She resolved my withdrawal issue promptly and ensured the entire process was smooth and stress-free.”
“Extremely disappointing experience.
I ordered sympathy flowers for my boyfriend’s mother after she had just lost her own mother the day before. Sadly, the bouquet was delivered to the wrong house — just two doors away from the correct address. The postcode was correct, and the property was easily identifiable.
The neighbour opened a parcel not addressed to her and claimed she was told she could keep it and that a replacement would be sent. The company has denied this and has refused to offer a replacement or refund, relying solely on their terms and conditions.
No empathy, no flexibility, and no effort to resolve a sensitive situation. I was left out of pocket during an already difficult time.
I would not recommend ordering from them for important occasions.”
“It’s my own fault.. this is the 3rd disappointment, but I do give companies the benefit of the doubt!
But this is my last time. Flowers NOT delivered same day. And I was notified too late to do anything about it. Agreed to the re delivery. When this arrived it was completely different to what I ordered and the card was far from luxury and more of a flyer! Money definitely NOT well spent!!”
“I purchased a bouquet to be delivered the day before valentines so they were ready for me to take on my date. EFlorist thought it was appropriate to delivery these 5 days early advising (due to high volumes) they make some deliveries early!
This would be fine if the life span of a bouquet wasn't 4-5days! this means I'd be giving a bouquet of dead flowers on valentines.
When this issue was flagged the only thing I was offered was a £13.00 voucher to be used on site. Why would I want a voucher worth less than half of the originally purchase after receiving a terrible service. When I stated this wouldn't be sufficient I was simply sent a guide on "how to care for flowers".
The biggest frustration was having it advertised the day before valentines day, claiming delivery was still possible (then why was mine sent so early!).
Not happy customer, I won't be going back and if I can stop others from making this error I will.”
“Very disappointed with my recent purchase. The roses began dying within just a few days, despite proper care. I contacted customer service to raise the issue and have not received any reply. For the price paid, I expected far better quality and support. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off ordering again.”
