“Do not order. My sister ordered bouquet and order total was £24. Never received the order and tracking updated as delivered. Totally scam and do not use this website.”
“£45.99 bouquet reduced to £22.99. Absolutely ripped off. The bouquet looks nothing like I ordered. Going to contact customer care. Shocking. Stay clear.”
“Terrible flowers delivered. Not same as advertised. No pictures sent to me as per delivery Instructions that they will send flowers.
Cannot recommend and would not order again.”
“Terrible. Spent about £40 including delivery and got a wilted bunch that would cost £5 at a supermarket. Totally embarrassing as it was for a birthday. Never again”
“I cannot recommend. I ordered the autumnal x2 for harvest at my church. I was so disappointed and embarrassed. They were very poor quality and small in size. The 2 bunches were over £60 including postage. I was charged £7.99 twice even though I did not require next day. The ordering system would not allow one delivery cost.
I could have bought better quality and more flowers from a supermarket for half the price.
I complained they sent me a replacement. These were just as bad broken stems and petals dropped in the box. I sent pictures. They decided these are fresh and now have ignored my complaint.
Judge for yourself. Typical this will not allow me to add pictures. 🙈”
“I ordered flowers with the intention to surprise my sister on her birthday. The company committed to deliver on time and therefore charged extra fee to comply. It was very disappointing to find out that the flowers reached its destination two days later. The company didn’t respond to emails, phone calls ex. I warmly recommend not to order through this company”
“Is a scum , I spent £33 for flower I could get in Tesco for 5£ , is disgusting, I beg you not to fall for it , I wish I red the reviews before hand, a lesson wel learned”
“This florist is an absolute scam! I ordered flowers based on the beautiful pictures they advertised, but what was supplied was completely different – cheap, substandard, and nothing like what was promised. It’s blatant false advertising. To make matters worse, there’s zero after-sales support. They don’t care about customer service or resolving issues – they just take your money and run. I will never order from them again, and I strongly and strongly suggest others to avoid this florist at all costs! Even the vase and cholostes were missing
They are blatantly cheating their customers!”
“Verry dissappointed about it.The birthday card was very wet,the chocolate was destroyed and broken, roses doesn t look like in the picture, they are so small. The surprise was for my mom s birthday she was so sad about it.The reason was to make her smiling not to be sad.I don't recommend it.I want to get my money back”
“Chocolates weren't included with flowers. A few flowers were droopy and the bunch tiny and not a fair exchange for the money. I don't recommend this company- they falsely advertise their goods/service.”
“Terrible company and service. Flowers arrived and they could only be described as a very small bunch although I paid for large. I contacted them and they didn’t want to know, they were satisfied even after I sent them pictures. Please avoid and use other reputable online florist or go to your local. Completely below par.”
“Our bank card was withdrawn by our bank’s security department immediately after my husband purchased flowers from eflorist.
They phoned us within minutes of our transaction saying that eflorist had been linked to fraudulent activity with bank cards and it was in our interest to destroy our card and wait for a new card to be issued by the bank. Naturally,we agreed to this but it is extremely worrying and inconvenient.
The flowers did arrive but were very mediocre,in poor condition and could have been bought from a supermarket at a fraction of the eflorist price.
The company have not yet, properly, responded to my chat bot enquiry ( useless)
or email.
DO NOT BUY FROM EFLORIST if you want peace of mind or value for money.”
“Paid for guaranteed delivery never happened, second time in a row now unbelievably bad DONT USE THESE AND NO CONTACT NUMBER- WHY ? Because there so bad”
“What a waste of money . When my wife placed a true and honest review saying for the money we was embarrassed when they arrived for a special birthday we had to go to the local store and buy more .
They removed the post what a sham company . They should take it on the chin and listen to the reviews . Bet this post lasts a day and if it does I will leave another review”
“Do not use. I paid £40 for flowers that were nothing like the photo. 10 flowers the recipient received. I complained and sent a photo to show what I ordered versus what was received. They apologised and said they did not know how this happened and we reorganised another one being sent out! This was due for delivery on Tuesday 20th August and we are on Thursday 22nd and still no sign of them. This is the first time I have used this company and won’t be using them again. There are many other online flower companies out there without having this. They showed dispatched on Monday which means so far they have been on a box for 4 days. Please see photos of what was ordered v what was received.”
“If I could give zero stars I would, my son ordered flowers from eflorist for my birthday which was on the 9th of August, they've just arrived today (21st August) all flowers dried out and dead, and all I got when I messaged them was put them in some water and wait 24hrs and they should bloom, you having a laugh 😃 like I said THEY ARE DEAD”
“I ordered the flowers for next day delivery to surprise a friend who had just under gone major surgery. I received an email to say when they were going to be delivered. I then received an email to say not at home and for me to drive to the depot and collect the flowers. I contacted customer services to try delivery again, but despite what it said on the website they refused. I contacted my friend who confirmed that she had been in. So no surprise and I get the job of collecting not fresh flowers and delivering myself. What was the point of paying for a delivery. Total con.”
