“Awful! I placed an order for delivery on 10/12/2024. The item was received with the box open, chocolates missing and flowers crushed and ruined, they have only refunded me £2 of £26 that I spent. I have provided photos of the box with the bouquet in the box. Will not be using them again in the future and warn all people to avoid.”

I paid the extra fee to assure the delivery date and the delivery was done in the afternoon which for a Birthday is not ideal. i expected a morning delivery.”
“I ordered some flowers for someone’s retirement gift. I selected a large bouquet and the pictures looked great. I knew they were going to come in bud still.
What came was simply a disgrace. No thought, pride or quality in the product. The flowers weren’t in water and just boxes, which is fine, but came already drooping. The paper wrapping them was ripped and looked like cheap supermarket wrapping paper.
I have honestly seen bigger and better quality flowers in a garage forecourt.
The worst part, I emailed with a photo and complained about the quality requesting a refund and I was fobbed off with care instructions. Every email I’ve received from their CS team does not answer or acknowledge my questions. They appear to be automated emails.
An absolute disgrace of a company and I have been conned. I will never purchase anything from them again. I can forgive the poor product but the service was a joke.”
“I made an order and when it arrived, I was so embarrassed because it looked nothing like the picture. The one I ordered had purple and white flowers. The one I received only had tiny white flowers. Please see photos how are these two similar? And i paid extra for large”
“Flowers arrived half dead and most of the remainder were broken. Was sent out a replacement bunch of which it's half the size of the original bunch and more berries and green rubbish in there to bulk it out. Absolutely shocking service and will never use this company again. Avoid!!”

“I cannot recommend. I ordered the autumnal x2 for harvest at my church. I was so disappointed and embarrassed. They were very poor quality and small in size. The 2 bunches were over £60 including postage. I was charged £7.99 twice even though I did not require next day. The ordering system would not allow one delivery cost.
I could have bought better quality and more flowers from a supermarket for half the price.
I complained they sent me a replacement. These were just as bad broken stems and petals dropped in the box. I sent pictures. They decided these are fresh and now have ignored my complaint.
Judge for yourself. Typical this will not allow me to add pictures. 🙈”

It was very disappointing to find out that the flowers reached its destination two days later. The company didn’t respond to emails, phone calls ex. “This florist is an absolute scam! I ordered flowers based on the beautiful pictures they advertised, but what was supplied was completely different – cheap, substandard, and nothing like what was promised. It’s blatant false advertising. To make matters worse, there’s zero after-sales support. They don’t care about customer service or resolving issues – they just take your money and run. I will never order from them again, and I strongly and strongly suggest others to avoid this florist at all costs! Even the vase and cholostes were missing
