My request for understanding and support was met with indifference, as I was merely informed of my error without any attempt to provide a solution.
Furthermore, I questioned why the delivery driver did not reach out to me upon encountering the address issue, as expected when contact information is provided. Bart’s response was equally unhelpful, stating that they could not assist with this matter. This left me wondering who can, if not the customer service team.
