Paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery. Flowers not even dispatched the same day by company and then courier held onto them for over 24 hours. Still no sign of the flowers a day after they were guaranteed to be delivered. No offer of assistance from cut and paste message customer service. God knows what condition they will be in if and when they arrive. Do not use this company if you want flowers on a particular day or if you lke good customer service
