“I recently had an unfortunate experience with Eflorist regarding a flower delivery. Due to a mistake on my part, the postcode was entered incorrectly. Despite providing my phone number and email for any potential issues, I wasn't contacted when the delivery couldn't be completed.
When I reached out to customer service, I spoke with Peter, who simply reiterated the terms and conditions, offering no assistance or empathy to rectify the situation. My request for understanding and support was met with indifference, as I was merely informed of my error without any attempt to provide a solution.
Furthermore, I questioned why the delivery driver did not reach out to me upon encountering the address issue, as expected when contact information is provided. Bart’s response was equally unhelpful, stating that they could not assist with this matter. This left me wondering who can, if not the customer service team.
Overall, my experience with Eflorist was disappointing, highlighting a lack of customer care and problem-solving. I would advise potential customers to consider other options, as my interactions with this company have been far from satisfactory.”

“Used then before, and they were good at delivery and the item matched the images. The second time, there was a bit of an issue with what was received vs displayed. They fixed the problem within 1 day and kept their word. Honestly speaking, this was pretty fantastic customer service. I would use them again. Not everyone gets things right, its how they come back from it, is what sets them apart.”

I ordered a birthday bouquet for my best friend in the UK, and the experience was just awful. The flowers arrived late, and to make matters worse, they were wilted and far from fresh. This was such a disappointment, especially considering how expensive the service is. I understand they use local florists, but that’s no excuse—there should be quality control. I could have gone to a neighbours garden, cut foliage and then bought a handful of flowers from the supermarket, they would have been much nicer and cheaper”
“I would not order from eflorist again The lovely bouquet in the picture was delivered in a flat cardboard box! The recipient, a 94 year old woman who was recently widowed had to struggle to unbox it and arrange the flowers herself - so much for the pleasure of receiving a nice bouquet. When I contacted eFlorist, they point to the fact that it says box delivery on the order screen. It does not appear to say this but when you search, It does, but they have hidden it under Read More which you have to click on to reveal this info. This info should be much clearer, with a pic of the box. They do not do this as they know they would lose orders - hence why I am flagging this here so other know to find a proper local florist who will deliver.”

“Great you get a million texts and emails updating you on deliveries etc very annoying. Delivered on time just left on door mat outside great. You don’t get anything close to stock photos. For £37 keep it local you know what you’re getting.”
“Didn`t get delivered what I bought at all, the driver that was suppose to delivere said it was attempt deliverd (yodel) but it was not. We did follow the tracking and driver was never in the street.”
